What is my risk in trying the service?

There is no sign up fee or prepayment needed. You can try the service and all you will pay for are the calls you make.

Does it cost me anything if I don't use the service?

No. Nothing.

How do I know how much I spent?

You can keep track of your account online.

What is the line quality like?

Unlike some callback services, the line quality with UWT has been consistently good over the year or more that I have used the service.

What if I find a cheaper service for the country I am in?

You keep it as a back up service (in case the new service has some problem like poor line quality) and when you get to the next country you use callback again. Because there is no charge when you don't use it, it costs you nothing to keep the service in reserve.

Can I call any number with the system?

Yes. Any number. Occasionally, some domestic numbers an be hard to call from outside a particular country (e.g. special rate numbers). These numbers will also be hard to call from the callback system. Sign Up
